Litho Industries has an extensive prepress department with in-house design services. We have both two- and six-color 40-inch sheetfed presses with aqueous coating, and a six-color 26-inch heat set web with double web capability. We support our presses with a full service bindery that includes die cutting, automated folding, and gluing. We complete this impressive arsenal with machine inserting and ink-jetting. We have combined many of our bindery functions into a rapidly growing commercial packaging and fulfillment business. Litho's product line includes retail packaging, annual reports, brochures, catalogs, and pharmaceutical inserts as well as unique marketing and promotional material.
A customer-focused, proactive team drives our extensive array of equipment. We provide our customers with a dedicated customer service representative as a tier I contact, and provide a tier II back up person as well. We schedule our production departments three shifts 5 days a week. This gives us significant capacity, but with the flexibility to work overtime to meet particularly demanding schedules. Our manufacturing muscle combined with our flexibility has earned us the trust and loyalty of an impressive clientele.
