Litho Industries commitment to support fine print packaging is a multiple step process that begins with your packaging concept. The exact shape is achived via compuer-aided protoyping and laser die generation procedures. The prototypes are cut from digital shape files by robotic cutters. The prototypes are assembled and tested for performance and accuracy. The final shape files are then used to laser engrave the die channels.
The same shape files are available for your graphic designers to use as templates to create your page files. Our computer-to-plate system preserves the 'trail of accuracy' by generating micro accurate plates generated from your template-based page files. This process maintains the accuracy and integrity of the orignal, proven prototype.
